Are you wondering what it takes to make the ultimate advancement and take on the 4th job in MapleStory? It's highly achievable, but it can only be reached through the grueling and complex class requirements of your class's previous three jobs. This is a way for Nexon to reward MapleStory's most serious, dedicated and hardcore players.

Steps to advance to the MapleStory 4th Job

There are a few things you're going to need in order to get your fourth job:

• level 120
• Heroic Star
• Heroic Pentagon

Steps:

1. Find the NPC (non-player controlled character) who helped you get the 3rd job advancement. He wll give you the name of another NPC you have to meet to get the 4th job.
2. The 4th job NPC will tell you that you have to get the Heroic Star and the Heroic Pentagon. Once you have them, take them back to the 4th job NPC.
3. The 4th job NPC will give you a skill book. Talk to him again and he'll give you your new job.

4th Job Rewards

So what do you get once your have your MapleStory 4th job? You get 3 skill points and 5 ability points. And of course, each class moves up to an elite tier:

• White Knights become Paladins
• Dragon Knights become Dark Knights
• Crusaders become Heroes
• Priests become Bishops
• Mages become Arch Mages
• Rangers become Bow Masters
• Snipers become Marksmen
• Hermits become Night Lords
• Chief Bandits become Shadowers
