MapleStory Archers can choose to become a Crossbowman on the 2nd Job advancement. Although the Crossbowman’s weapons are not as fast as the Hunter’s bows, the crossbows and crossbow arrows are stronger. The MapleStory Crossbowman becomes a Sniper on the 3rd Job advancement.

Even though their weapons are different, the MapleStory Crossbowman's skills are a lot like the hunter's and include:

• Bow Mastery
• Bow Booster

• Final Attack

The Iron Arrow is the only skill that the two don’t share and with that skill the MapleStory Crossbowman can put one arrow through six monsters in a row.
